This year may be a difficult Thanksgiving. Many have lost or been separated from loved ones. We all are making decisions about whether it’s safe to come together to follow family tradition. Despite the challenges, I hope you are able to share in the joys of the season with family and friends.
Please know that the families at COTS are grateful for the generosity and kindness you have shown. Without your assistance, this year would have been even harder.
Because of you, families found a safe place to live, had food to eat, were able to continue their education and made progress on their path to self-sufficiency. But there are still so many who are experiencing homelessness this Thanksgiving.
Please rush your gift today and help people remember that there is love and joy in this world.
Thank you for bringing Thanksgiving to Detroit families in need. Your generosity gives them hope and offers them something to be truly grateful for this Thanksgiving.
Wishing you and your family the warmest of holidays,
Cheryl P. Johnson
COTS Chief Executive Officer
